I was a half hour late for my fifth period class today, and it wasn’t because I took an extra long lunch. When we pulled up to Leon, I saw my green Toyota Camry partially submerged. Other cars weren’t as lucky. Some had water that reached their door handles or higher.
 
Franklin Ave. was completely flooded. The pavement was covered by inches, if not feet, of water. The street was barracaded off.
